Citizens reject Mimiko
Following the insinuation that Dr Olusegun
Mimiko, the governor of Ondo State had a pact with the Abuja Leaders of the
Peoples Democratic Party [PDP] before
the last guber election that he is on his way back to the party he once
ditched, Prince Biyi Bill Poroye has warned that aborigines in the party will
resist any attempt by anybody to hijack the party and give it back to any
political returnee.

who is the founder and leader of the G18 Initiative, a political group firmly
rooted within PDP Party made these statement during a World Press Conference
held at Abuja during the week as response to the President Goodluck Jonathan’s
allegation that PDP lost the last election because of internal wrangling .
Poroye said that himself and the leaders of the
G18 Initiative have perfected plans that will make PDP inhabitable for
Gov.Mimiko whom some leaders are trying to bring back after we have nurtured
the party.
He averred that the result of the last Ondo guber
poll held on the 20TH October,2012 is a clear picture and a
statement of fact that the people of Ondo
State
Poroye gave a graphic details about how they got
wind of what he termed Gov.Mimiko’s dastardly move to hijack the party by
December having succeeded in brainwashing and hypnotizing the leaders in Abuja
that PDP was dead in Ondo State and that he is the man with the magic wand to
resuscitate it as already being flauntedby President Goodluck Jonathan.
GEJ while providing soft landing for Mimiko in his last national broadcast and also in a
recent media chat at the Redeemed Camp, after the last Holy Ghost Convention
opined that Mimiko was a PDP man and he should be given every support to run
the affairs of the state while fully know that the result of the last election
is already before an election tribunal.
“Mimiko
lied, misled and deceived the party leaders that he will decamp to PDP after
the election but we all know Mimiko’s antecedents because as I talk to you this
Machiavellian politician Mimiko is already planning how he will betray all
those who supported him to scientifically and digitally rigged the last guber
election”
Poroye also advised President Goodluck
Jonathan,Alhaji Bamanga Tukur and all the South West Leaders of the Party to
beware of Mimiko because he will soon
betray the Agbi group, Agunloye and the Segun Ojo’s of this world.
“We want the leaders of the Party the likes of
Bamanga Tukur to rein on the president to face governance and make the nation
work, when the entire country is in disarray because the level of corruption
and indiscipline of the party leaders who were inept to effectively assert
their authority by effectively discipline members involved in anti party
activities”

Jonathan and other PDP leaders who abandoned the masses of Ondo State to
support Mimiko into taking the people into second term slavery will soon regret
what they did’.
